ARTICLE I: Reservation - The customer must confirm his reservation before the end date of the option. For this, it is mandatory to provide a valid credit card when booking as well as an ID upon arrival. If these documents are not received, the establishment does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of the reserved spaces / rooms. ARTICLE II: Organization of the reservation - Rooms: The rooms will be made available to beneficiaries from 3 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure at 11 a.m. Any exceeding of this period may result in the billing of an additional night. - Breakfast: Breakfast, except in the case of a specific offer, is included in the room rate. - No-show: “No-shows” (services ordered and not canceled) will be invoiced on the basis of the entire stay. ARTICLE III: Long stay In the event of a long stay (greater than one week), invoicing may be established per week.ARTICLE IV: Modification of services Any request for modification of services in relation to the reservation made must be sent in writing to the establishment. The modification can only be accepted and confirmed depending on the availability of the establishment at the time of the request. Any late modification, which may result in additional costs. ARTICLE V: Total or partial cancellation Total cancellation: The change of date of stay is considered a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the cancellation conditions. - For cancellations of one to three rooms: Up to 48 hours before the start date of the stay and whatever the reason, no charge will be retained. After this period, the first night (s) will be charged at 100% - For cancellations of 4 to 9 rooms: Up to 7 days before the start date of the stay and whatever the reason, no charge will be retained. After this period, the first night (s) will be charged at 100%. - For cancellations of 10 rooms and more: Up to 30 days before the start date of the stay and whatever the reason, no charge will be retained. After this period, the first night (s) will be charged at 100%. In the event of force majeure (accident, death, medical reasons, etc.), the hotel will return the amount paid on presentation of proof. Partial cancellation: In the event of a shortened stay, an delayed arrival date, a modified number of people or any other fact modifying the original reservation contract, the canceled nights will not be refunded, nor deducted from the invoice, these constituting a means of withdrawal. The balance of the stay initially reserved will be requested.ARTICLE VI: Relocation In the event of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to accommodate all or part of the participants in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature. ARTICLE VII: Price The prices are expressed in euros including tax. The rates confirmed on the reservation request are firm until the end of the option exercise. After this period, they are subject to change depending on economic conditions. The applicable prices are then those in force on the day the service is performed. They may be modified in the event of a legislative and / or regulatory change likely to result in price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc.ARTICLE VIII: Professional stay In the event of a stay organized by a company, the responsibility of the guests is entirely the responsibility of the company which reserves the room (s). In the event of theft, breakage or damage to the equipment, the company will be held responsible for any person from whom it has requested accommodation. Unpaid minibars will also be charged to the company. ARTICLE IX: Terms of payment The terms of payment of the price are divided as follows: Payment is made at the end of the stay with some exceptions. The customer agrees to declare the minibars consumed and to pay for each consumption as he sees fit. The hotel reserves the right to invoice any consumption not declared by the customer, even after departure from the establishment. The payment of invoices is to be established at the latest 30 working days after the departure of the customers. It should be noted that the establishment is the sole decision-maker in whether or not to agree to this method of payment. ARTICLE X: Insurance - deterioration - breakage - theft The customer must ensure the custody of his goods and materials. The customer must inform the establishment of any degradation of which he is at the origin. He is responsible for all damage caused by him and undertakes, in the event of damage to the places made available, (bedroom, common areas, garden, living room, bathrooms) to bear the costs of repair.ARTICLE XI: Recommendations The customer agrees not to invite any person whose behavior is likely to harm the establishment, the latter reserving the right to intervene if necessary. The customer may not bring any drinks or food from outside without prior authorization from management. The customer agrees to ensure that participants and their guests comply with all of the establishment's instructions and regulations. ARTICLE XII: Force majeure The establishment may release itself from its obligations or suspend their execution if it is unable to assume them due to the occurrence of a case of force majeure, and in particular in the event of total or partial destruction of the establishment, strike etc ... ARTICLE XIII: Non-smoking police The establishment is completely non-smoking. Smoking in the premises, whether it is a bedroom or common areas is to violate the rules of procedure. The hotel reserves the right to penalize anyone who smokes with an initial package of € 100.
